All our electronic control units have double microcontroller in order to cross control of inputs and outputs behavior. As contemporary automotive standard, CANbus communication protocol is preffered. All AVIONI® electronic units have one or more CAN-Bus (based on both CANopen & SAE/J1939) port regarding the vehicle's requirements. As well as current feedback, over-current protection, over-voltage protection, reverse polarity protection and diagnostics of all input & outputs, internal watchdog safety relay is a standard feature of our master control units.

Our Electronic Control Units are designed according to comply with EN ISO 13849-1 at PL/d

AVIONI® ECUs have CE Marking and comply with the following standards according to the latest EMC directive 2014/30/EU:
